Drebin tries his last chance by telling Cloud he doesn't want Raven dead because he wants to punish her, but simply because he wants to end her suffering. Finally giving up, Cloud leaves the house, accepting the deal. After a train ride to eastern Europe, Cloud is received by Meryl, who takes him out of the station. She lends him a bike and they start to drive, only to be attacked by Raging Raven. Cloud and Raven fight one another, but he can't fight the way he always does. No matter what Drebin said, it's just not him to kill people. However, in the middle of the fight, something unexpected happens. Sephiroth. And Cloud can't control himself anymore. Unleashing all his rage on him, Cloud is surprised to see him returning back to the body of a youthful woman, the girl inside the Raven suit. Remembering her past, she panics and Cloud doesn't know what to do. Finally, she regains control of her body while they start to fight again. Cloud finishes her this time, trying not to cause her much pain, she's suffered enough from what he heard from Drebin. Sad, he just stares at the Raven being turned into a beautiful dead angel. He knows Drebin lied all along and that he cannot bring them back to life, but it's okay.
